Payment Terms

1. Each case is invoiced. A monthly statement containing each invoice number and charge is mailed to every doctor serviced. Full payment is required within thirty days. A service charge will be computed at a monthly periodic rate of 2% or 24% per annum on all past due balances.
2. We accept Master Card or Visa. If you use a credit card for payment, we will charge your statement balance to your card on the tenth of each month effectively allowing you 60 days to pay your laboratory fees with no interest. Many of our dentists prefer this method, and take advantage of "Frequent Flyer Miles" and or other credit card benefits.
3. Mail in advance payment of $2,000 and receive an additional 12% credit to your account.
4. We will process your cases complete and ship to you C.O.D. for those doctors who prefer this method.
