All new oral restorations and prosthetic appliances fabricated
by Biogenic Dental Laboratories are insured against breakage for
a period of five years virtually eliminating any laboratory repair
fees you may pay elsewhere without compensation. All you need to
do is send in the warranty slip with any fractured case fabricated
by our laboratories within the five year period, and we will repair
or if not repairable redo the case at absolutely no charge to you
with no questions asked. Flexite is not included in our warranty
policy.
Your satisfaction is Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed against faulty
workmanship or materials on all new oral restorations or prosthetic
appliances for a period of ninety days. If for any reason imaginable
including shades, fit, aesthetics, etc., you or your patient are
not satisfied with your restoration or prostheticappliance, all
you need to do is return the case to our laboratories for refabrication
or full refund within ninety days with no questions asked.
- All five year breakage insurance policies are issued only to
the dentist who prescribed the original case. Five year insurance
policies are not transferable to the associated dentists and or
to new practice owners. This policy is not the property of the
patient, however it is the property of the dentist who originally
performed any procedures for which our laboratories fabricated
an oral restoration and or prosthetic appliance.
